First Floor

As you rise up the staircase to the first floor, the feeling of space and light is immediate. The generous proportions and quality craftsmanship creates a feeling of luxury and comfort. The generous 4 metre patio doors lead onto a spacious balcony with views to the beach, harbour and the surrounding countryside.

Kensa-Chy is of traditional block built construction and faced with cedar cladding, render and granite stonework.

A low energy, highly efficient air source heat pump runs the zoned underfloor heating on ground and first floor and the radiators on the second floor.

The approach to Kensa-Chy is via a shared drive leading to your garage and bricked parking area. The large garage has an electric sectional door and a side entrance door.

There is a useful footpath all around Kensa-Chy and this leads down to a terrace and garden area. There is the added bonus of an outside tap.
